Blair Noble is a mortgage & real estate professional with over 7 years of experience, characterized by exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and a proven ability to drive growth.

In her prior role as Vice President of Sales at a privately held national mortgage bank, Blair demonstrated a remarkable skill set and unique talents that make her the ideal choice for Director of Operations for The Alexander Team West Coast at OFFICIAL.

During her tenure as Vice President of Sales, Blair successfully built and managed multiple departments, including Sales Support, Marketing, Onboarding, and Training. She led a team of over 20 individuals to successfully recruit, onboard, and retain top-producing loan officers and branch managers on a national scale. Her passion for sales, organization, and collaboration were instrumental in the organization's remarkable expansion to over 225 loan officers nation-wide.  

Blair's expertise extended to sourcing and overseeing critical third-party relationships with core marketing and technology companies, streamlining operational processes to achieve optimum efficiency. Her exceptional leadership, unwavering motivation, and innovative strategies consistently drove the sales team to exceed production goals, supported by her dynamic training programs, sales contests, team building events, and well-deserved recognition.

Blair graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University, holding a degree in Marketing and Real Estate Finance. Outside of her profession, Blair has a passion for traveling, dining, and attending live stand-up comedy with family and friends.
