Known throughout the industry for helping top-producing agents and companies amplify their brand messaging, surpass revenue goals, and recruit top teams in the country, Rosana’s impressive resume demonstrates a history of creating marketing departments from the ground up, crafting long-term infrastructures for startups, and conceptualizing and executing polished brands and campaigns.

Entering real estate sales in 2005 and real estate marketing in 2011, Rosana believes nothing comes close to this fascinating and dynamic industry. Blending passion with proficiency, she loves learning how community planning and business development shape the future of real estate. Rosana also enjoys studying the shifting markets influenced by human behavior and predicting the next hotspots before demand drives up prices. With her finger on the pulse of the markets she serves, Rosana strongly believes in building intergenerational wealth through real estate and strives to grow her own portfolio each year. She has shared her vast knowledge by leading hundreds of classes and webinars to educate agents on best marketing practices, while educating consumers on leveraging real estate to build wealth.

A former English teacher, Rosana launched her current career after purchasing her first brownstone in Newark, New Jersey at age 26 and spending one year renovating it with her Father. She began as an agent with Citi-Habitats’ Upper West Side office before being recruited by Stonehenge Management to support their growing portfolio across New York City. She eventually became one of Town Residential’s founding marketing team members and also worked for Warburg Realty and Triplemint, crafting the architecture for the best-in-class Agent Marketing department that positioned Triplemint to get acquired by The Agency. Rosana currently owns multiple investment properties and Airbnbs, applying her focus on exceptional guest experience to consistently receive 5 star ratings and Airbnb’s Superhost designation.

Rosana is fluent in English and Spanish and speaks conversational Italian.
