In the latest roundup of South Florida luxury residential sales, a tech CEO, former Goldman Sachs partner and investors bought homes across the tri-county region.
Deals spanned Miami Beach to Palm Beach, and ranged in price from $10.2 million to $14.3 million.
Miami Beach
In Miami Beach, software boss Jose Sperman bought a waterfront house for $10.7 million.
Records show Sperman, CEO of Miami-based Adistec, bought the house at 2608 Biarritz Drive from BBRC Real Estate LLC, a Florida entity managed by Renan da Rocha Gomes Bastos. Bastos is a trader who sued Hong Kong-based online foreign exchange FxWinning in September for allegedly withholding $80 million, Newsfile reported in September.
Carolina Lara-Arashiro and Andre Duek Roberto de Lima of One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing, and Gustavo Sperman of La Playa Properties Group brought the buyer.
Bastos bought the house for $15.5 million in 2022, records show. Built in 2019 on 0.3 acres, the 5,500-square-foot house has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, one half-bathroom, a pool and a dock, according to property records.
Bastos listed the house for $15.5 million in February and dropped the price three times before selling for $4.8 million less than he paid for it, Redfin shows.
Bay Harbor Islands
Developer Samuel Bissu sold a waterfront spec home in Bay Harbor Islands for $14.3 million.
Bissu’s Luxom Project V LLC, a Florida entity, sold the house at 9501 East Broadview Drive, Redfin shows. The deed has yet to be recorded, and the buyer is unknown.
Oren Alexander and Isaac Lustgarten of Official had the listing, and Chad Carroll of Compass brought the buyer.
