Areeje Oriol is a decorated executive with over 15 years of experience in brand building and strategic growth with world-class organizations driving transformational technological shifts. Her breadth of experience includes tenures with several of the nation’s premier companies including Compass and Google. Whether growing luxury real estate brands or overseeing high-touch digital marketing campaigns, Areeje deeply understands the motivating factors driving consumer engagement. 

Before her time at OFFICIAL, where she serves as Director of Strategic Growth, Areeje played an integral role in Compass' expansion. By building trust with the nation's most successful real estate agents, and driving brand awareness among the real estate community, Areeje quickly became one of the most impactful growth leaders in the company. Through her dedication and innovative mind-set, Areeje launched two expansion Compass markets, totaling over $2B in recruited sales volume in just two years. She was awarded the #1 Female Recruiter in Florida and a Top 10 Recruiter nationally.

Prior to Compass, Areeje spent seven years at Google, consulting Fortune 500 firms on their consumer strategy, most notably with traditionally brick & mortar consumer packaged goods, beauty, and personal care brands. In addition, Areeje took on the responsibility of Diversity and Inclusion Trainings at Google, ensuring a safe and welcoming workplace that encouraged diversity of thought. Her final live workshop, Inspire, was attended by over 150 people.

Thrilled at the opportunity to have a hand in the direction of the brand, Areeje brings her passion for real estate and expertise in high-end luxury growth to her role at OFFICIAL. She is focused on driving growth responsibly and efficiently, externally communicating OFFICIAL’s value proposition, and serving as a liaison between the nation’s top real estate agents and the OFFICIAL team. 

An alumnus of St. John’s University, Areeje is an active supporter of Action Against Hunger and March of Dimes. When she is not working, Areeje can be found traveling, going to live music venues with her husband, on a forever hunt for the best spicy food, and her favorite pastime, spent with her three-year-old daughter Laila.
