Prince established himself as a real estate wunderkind in college when he started leasing apartments to fellow students from his freshman dorm while earning a bachelor's degree in real estate with a minor in business law from the University of Miami's Herbert Business School. He satisfied his entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated his passion for real estate by securing 14 signed apartment leases in just one month. By graduation, he had 300 rental transactions under his belt and hired a team of four agents who have also gone on to enjoy successful careers in Miami real estate. 

Raised in Miami, Prince easily transitioned from student rentals to multimillion-dollar luxury transactions, where he tripled and quadrupled his sales volume year over year, earning rising star accolades from Real Producers Magazine along the way.
