Prior to co-founding OFFICIAL, Richard served as Head of Global Markets for the world’s largest property network. He has educated leading brokers, wealth advisors, private banks, and discerning buyers on emerging trends, international buying processes, and market opportunities throughout key global economic centers, including New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, and the UAE.
