Before joining OFFICIAL in the role of Director of New Development and Sales, Tara played a key part in Compass' scaling. By managing Sales and Marketing components for all projects in South Florida, and working in conjunction with her colleagues and top national agents, Tara provided unmatchable coverage and service focused on the company’s New Developments.
Preceding her employment at Compass, Tara spent 7 years as Director of Luxury Sales at Douglas Elliman Real Estate where she attained the highest price point in a luxury residential product offered in South Florida with a sellout of $223M on the newly completed Arte Surfside building, designed by Italian architect Antonio Critterio. Her superior inventory listings included $280M consisting of single-family waterfront estates and condominium developments.

She is focused on creating and implementing OFFICIAL’s sales & marketing strategies through the life of new development projects by collaborating with OFFICIAL executives and the client in multiple markets.
Member of Top Leading Women Professionals in Miami, Tara is an active supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Research Foundation.
