Swire Properties has announced One Island Drive – set within the secluded island community of Brickell Key – which will include The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami and the luxury brand’s new North American flagship hotel. The condominium tower will stand over 800 feet tall and feature 220 two- to four-bedroom homes and two duplex penthouses spanning over 6,000 square feet at the crown of the building. The residential tower will be connected to the hotel property by more than 100,000 square feet of amenity space, including multitiered infinity pools, a signature spa experience, private dining rooms with chef’s kitchens, health and wellness facilities, and world-class restaurants.
One Island Drive will come to life through an inspiring collaboration of elite designers. Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) will sculpt the bold architectural vision. Tristan Auer’s unique Parisian style will be reflected in the residences, while Laura Gonzalez, a Parisian designer acclaimed on the AD 100 and Elle Décor A-List, will design the hotel interiors. The landscape architecture will be entrusted to the renowned Thai firm, Shma. This marks a notable US debut for Auer, Gonzalez, and Shma.
Registration has commenced for The Residences with pricing from $3.5 million. Sales will officially launch in late 2023.
