Ariana Gaffoglio, a prominent real estate broker and former spearhead of the Eklund | Gomes Team of Douglas Elliman’s Orange County and Las Vegas presence, has recently joined OFFICIAL, the first performance-driven luxury real estate brand and advisory. Gaffoglio has brokered some of the region’s most significant transactions, including the sale of 4130 Calle Isabella, a San Clemente property known as Casa San Mateo, for $33.9M, and a Dana Point property in Strand Beach that set a local record at $23.55M. She brings nearly $200 million of both resales and new development properties to OFFICIAL, spanning locations from Irvine to Newport Beach to Los Angeles.
