Adrian Radomski joined OFFICIAL after spending nearly a decade successfully supporting more than $1 billion in real estate sales volume with a top producing team. While establishing himself as a top agent, Adrian mastered the complexities of property valuation, listing repositioning and structuring winning deals around the intricacies of different deal and market dynamics. A clear indicator of his proficiency has been his varied clientele, including first-time and 1031 exchange buyers, C-suite executives, startup founders and foreign investors.
Adrian launched his career in 2014, quickly advancing to become one of four partners on a 12-person team where he developed ancillary skills mentoring agents and staff. In recognition of his talent and future potential, he was noted as a Rising Star, a prestigious designation only given to the top percentage of a group of a few thousand agents. Adrian has handled transactions throughout Manhattan from the Upper East Side to his own West Village neighborhood to parts of Brooklyn, such as Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, and Carroll Gardens. His work has appeared in The New York Times, The New York Post, and The Close.
Relentlessly determined to perfect negotiations, deliver strong results, and exceed client expectations, Adrian joined OFFICIAL to up his game. Drawn to learning from the brand’s top talent and next-level marketing techniques, he also sought greater exposure to different niches including new developments. Along with his strong appetite for knowledge, Adrian leverages his Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, economics degree, and analytical expertise to further differentiate himself from other agents.
Adrian enjoys traveling, sports, and property investment, including two recent investments in the West Village. He is passionate about his philanthropic efforts, including the Jane Street Block Association and The Michael J. Fox Foundation. Adrian is originally from Long Island and is fluent in Polish.
