Kim attended the University of Southern California (USC), where she graduated with a degree in International Relations and Business. She began her real estate career in 2005, working in wholesale lending, before starting her own real estate investment and management company in 2010. In 2017, she expanded her expertise by becoming a luxury real estate agent, serving a wide range of clients, including professional athletes and coaches.
